• Designing and Planning 

When meeting with staff at the showroom, we have a zero tolerance to hateful and abusive speech towards staff. In doing so we will not provide you with any services and you will be required to leave the premises immediately. 

• Deposits 

Once the design has been finalized by both the customer and design team a 50% deposit will be required to procced with the job.

When paying the 50% deposit you are agreeing to the created design. Designs can not be changed once the deposit has be given.

 By providing the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the production timeline required for the manufacturing and insulation process. 

When paying the deposit you agree to the cancellation policy.

• Cancellation Policy 

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. This policy ensures that time and recourses allocated for your job are secured and manufacturing will start immediately.
